We sleep in a little (I'm up to get some work done) but it's leisurely.
Beth has a nice little cereal and banana and coffee and yogurt for breakfast; I'm working then go for a run.
We see that Scott is online and we get to have a video conference with him. That's so much fun! We get to see Freeway chewing on him! Beth and Scott have a nice chat; she is so excited to come visit him in California.
A little later, we go to run errands - to the bank, to the post office, to Target. Beth gets some new undies, a polo shirt, some shampoo. Nothing much, but fun shopping and looking around.
When we get home, the temperature says 94 degrees. That means time for the pool!
Again, Beth does a few laps and swims a bit before relaxing on the float. I'm working, but take a dip every little bit to keep me going. When I'm done, I join her on the floats and we take a nap!
Then, it's time for dinner! We decide to celebrate Bastille Day, so it's off to Aixois. We get there just in time -- it's busy! We have a wonderful meal and Beth looks so pretty -- she is so happy and having such a good time! I take a photo on my cell phone and send it to Scott (Hope you got it!).

Beth has Rotisserie chicken breast with lemon and herbs, salad and pommes frites -- the best in KC. Oh, she loves it! It was a really good meal.
Back at home, it's turning into night. So time for Beth to get ready for bed again!
